How it all started..

What began as a personal obsession - sourcing the freshest catch from Greece - has become a mission to share that quality and warmth with others, right here in London.

My journey began several years ago when I came to London for my master's degree. During this time, I noticed a significant gap in the availability of fresh Greek wild fish, even in the most affluent neighborhoods. Driven by this realization, I felt compelled to fill this market need and offer discerning businesses, individuals, and families access to the tastier seafood in the world!
